I have 34 years’ experience in the television and film entertainment industry. After graduating from Brown University in 1989 I welcomed the opportunity to ride on my father’s famed bus, The MaddenCruiser, traveling week to week interning with CBS Sports and learning live television production. After two years of internship, my father and I teamed up to build Goal Line Productions, a full-service production sound stage in the San Francisco Bay Area. Over the years I produced 10 seasons of the All-Madden Team, executive produced 1 Golden Globe and Academy Award nominated movie, The Cooler, recorded hundreds of radio programs, numerous corporate videos (Safeway, Microsoft, PeopleSoft, Electronic Arts, Ace Hardware and others) and countless non-profit campaigns (United Way, American Diabetes Association, JDRF, Salvation Army and many others).
After my father’s passing in December of 2021, I chose to completely renovate the studio and bring Goal Line into the vanguard of today’s film and video industry by installing the largest and most advanced virtual production studio in Northern California. Goal Line’s video wall (ICVFX LED volume) stands 106 feet across by 20 feet tall. Our state-of-the-art facility can host the most complex in-camera tracking effects productions whether it be a live streamed music video / film / television production, eSports event, brand impacting keynote address or commercial shoot to a simple event space rental where we can place your corporate event virtually in any location in the world.
We welcome all productions, large or small, serving your needs to meet your budget.
